convenient location pleasant staff polite personnel
i found the location very convenient, especially its proximity to the light rail, simplifying travel around the cbd. the room was clean. it featured a kettle, though there wasn't a toaster or microwave provided. the staff seemed fabulous, and the reception personnel were polite while the room attendants were very pleasant.

Really good Experience at a Centrally Located Hotel!!!
warm staff amazing views central transport accessible entertainment
The staff were warm. They were cute upon arrival. They assisted promptly with requests I had. The rooftop offered amazing views. It was an amazing spot for relaxation. The pool was available for use. Public transport was very central. Eateries were conveniently located. Entertainment was easily accessible.
The windows could have been cleaner. Dust was noticeable upon close inspection.

The location was excellent. it's straight across from the metro station. So handy. the staff were very helpful.
The lifts were very busy and loud. It was a small inconvenience.

the hotel's location was definitely a plus. it was close to the metro entrance. the room itself was tidy. staff members were helpful . i appreciated the easy access to transportation.
the shower had somewhat low water pressure.

the hotel features a rooftop pool on level 45. the pool area has a timber floor in the sitting area. astro turf around the pool, but it seemed constantly wet. the rooftop offers views overlooking the city.

the location was excellent, right across from the metro. this made travel easy. the staff were friendly and the place was clean. the room was a perfect size.
the shower was small and a shower curtain you couldn't avoid touching.

location is ok, but room lacking
small room no coffee
the hotel's location is quite central, something. close to the metro, so that was acceptable.
the room i got was seriously small, and the bathroom was like a cupboard, hardly any room to move. there was also no coffee machine, like, how am i supposed to start the day without a decent coffee? i wasn't expecting the ritz, but a little more space and a coffee maker would have been nice.
